This is an excellent modern violin made from top quality woods, handmade and styled on Jacob Stainer 1656. High arching on the top, best spruce with a lovely antique oil varnish to finish. All the fittings are of ebony, the pegs and tailpiece have mother of pearl inlay. It is set up with a high quality bridge and strings which help to create the wonderful rich warm tone that this instrument gives out. It is responsive and projects well, plenty of volume without being course. This really is a super violin and it comes with a good bow and a lightweight modern case, free of charge.
